IceTV wins in the High Court

IceTV won today in its appeal to the High Court over the use of Chan­nel Nine’s TV sched­ules in its elec­tronic pro­gram guide product.

      I went to the 10am class, and Rolph at the begin­ning said that the judg­ment will be delivered at 10:15am (we had a guest lec­turer). For the next 45 minutes, I kept press­ing F5 on all the sources I expec­ted to announce it – Ice’s blog was first.
