IceTV wins in the High Court

IceTV won today in its appeal to the High Court over the use of Channel Nine’s TV schedules in its electronic program guide product.

    Did you find out dur­ing IP? Like, some­body screams out halfway through class :p

      I went to the 10am class, and Rolph at the begin­ning said that the judg­ment will be delivered at 10:15am (we had a guest lec­turer). For the next 45 minutes, I kept press­ing F5 on all the sources I expec­ted to announce it – Ice’s blog was first.
