Referencing it usually means you actually used it. Since you obviously haven’t used it, then you should have no need to reference it.

I must confess I can’t really remember what books/texts/topics/assignments I did in year 11 for English. I think year 11 was when I did Othello, but the teachers change books all the time (and not all classes do the same books) so even if I told you, it wouldn’t be much use. For physics — again it’s too long ago and I’ve lost all computer files from back then apart from the ones I have up on this website. My best advice would be to pick up an up-to-date year 11 physics textbook from the library and have a flick through it.
As for workload, English requires the reading of set texts, which I found sometimes a bit of a chore but you just need to press through with it. To do well in English, you just need to start writing your tasks early and allow time to refine and edit them. For physics, you just need to be regular in your study of the subject, as it is a subject that requires the mastery of one area to understand another. As for workload, I would say good time management conquers any workload that school provides. For physics, a genuine interest in the subject helps; if you’re doing it because you think it’ll improve your scaling or whatever, you’re wasting your time.

Hi W.Y., I will put in my two cents as another former student at Fort Street. It is also quite some time since year 11 for me, so things may well be different. 2U Advanced English for me included a study on “Power”, I think one of the core texts was Richard III but there were others. My advice is that, for both year 11 and 12, you need to start thinking about preparing for English tasks well in advance, including preparing generic materials (both essays and creative writing pieces) that you can call upon in exams. You should try to find out the texts being studied at school ahead of time, although you will know this soon enough once you start. Your fellow students are likely to know which ones they are already. Apart from studying the actual texts well, it will also be a good idea to get hold of some good criticism/analysis of the texts, including study guides.
For Physics, year 11 was relatively straight forward, and the curriculum pretty much followed the syllabus. This makes things easier — get your hands on some quality study materials (I think EXCEL guides were popular back then, I don’t know if they still are) — but make sure you get an up-to-date edition. A solid grounding in maths and “traditional” Physics definitely helps, but there is a lot of rote learning in the current syllabus, so be prepared for that.

Yes I still have copyright — copyright in Australia lasts until 70 years after death of author.
If you’re using it for personal study, knock yourself out. But you cannot use it for commercial use or create derivative works — see the licence at the footer of the page.
As for whether it still matches the syllabus, I’m not sure — you’ll have to use your judgement as to whether it matches what you’ve learnt at school.
